HOW TO PLAY THE GAME

This year's Vacation Bible School is going to be an exciting time as our children learn just how awesome God's grace is.  Every child has a great chance to win the race, but those that take advantage of the "instant winner task" will have even a better chance.  The game is really simple to play regardless of your child's age.  They are outlined below.

1. There are five teams that you are able to read about on the home page.  All five teams will race around the globe as they learn a lesson each night about God's grace.  No one knows which team will win on any given night.  When your child arrives each night they will receive a game card.  All they will do is place their name on it and then place it in one of the five boxes across the stage, i.e. one box for each team competing in the race.  Each box will have a different team on the front so they will visibly be able to choose the team they think will win for the night.

2. The children will watch each night on the big screens as each team races in foreign countries across the world.  When the race finishes the children will clearly see who won the race that night.  All the cards that were placed in the winning box will be placed in a special drawing box, for the final night.  All the other cards will be disposed of and the race will start all over the next night.

3. Instant winner cards are just that.  No matter who the child votes for that night, their instant winner card will have their name on it, and it will be placed in the drawing box for the final night, along with any other winning cards that night.

4. Chances to win?  In theory every child has the chance to guess right on all nights which would be five cards.  They could also get an instant winner every day, even Monday. This would give a child 10 game cards that have a chance to win.

5. The prizes and the drawing.  On the final night after the last leg of the race has been run, we will take the special drawing box where we will have added the winners for that night and the instant winners.  We will then draw 5 names, one for each team racing.  Those children will come up that night to have presented to them their winning game voucher which they will use to claim their prize.  (all prizes are explained on the the prize tab at the top of the page)

6. On the last night we would like to invite all the parents to attend with their child.  It will be a special night as you get to see the finish of the race, and the winners are crowned. Afterwards, we want all the children to feel special as all the families will enjoy a fun  finish with all the teams, special guests, bounce houses, snow cones and cotton candy.
